2022 Audi S3 tuned to a hotter hatch

It’s not long since Audi revealed the new 2021 Audi s3 which is based on the 4th generation of the Audi a3. The Audi a3 is also available in sports back and a sedan variant. However, we never saw this coming where ABT has made the Audi s3 hot hatch even hotter. ABT is a German-based motor racing and auto tuning company that mainly deals with Audi and some related Volkswagen family brands. It’s not the first time to see this but this time ABT had its eyes on the new AUDI S3 hot hatch making it get closer to its brother RS3 level in terms of power.

Under the bonnet of the 2021 Audi s3, all you find is a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine. Pure from the Audi factory, the Audi s3 hot hatch engine powers out an output of 306 horsepower and a 400NM of torque. Honestly, the numbers from the 2.0-litre engine aren’t that bad but after ABT’s tuning, the numbers got better. The German-based auto tuner managed to tweak the turbocharged 2.0-litre gasoline engine; this increased the output by 965 horsepower and 450 NM of torque.

In comparison between the ABT tuned and an ordinary s3, the power grew with over 60 horsepower and 50 Nm of torque more. However, the tuner hasn’t spoken yet about the performance of the custom Audi s3 hot hatch but we expect it to be even quicker. The standard s3 claims 0-100 km/h in just 4.8 seconds and has a top speed of 250 km/h. we expect the custom s3 to sprint in fewer seconds considering the increment in power output.

Power aside, nothing much has been done on the bodywork. which we hope it won’t take long this auto-tuner come up with a body kit for the new Audi s3. Interestingly, the tuner is also working on a stunning quad exhaust system with bigger 102 mm tips. In the meantime, they have given the hot hatch some custom 20-inch wheels to ride on with a five-spoke black look on them. Optionally, you can go for the smaller 19-inch alloy wheels with a matte black finish but all this depends on how you want your custom 2021 Audi s3 to be.
