Toyota Landcruiser 300 launch pushed to 2021

We are not going to see the new Toyota LandCruiser 300 launches happen this year. As it was told earlier, recently a report from an Australian site claims the launch of the new Toyota LandCruiser 300 has been pushed forward to 2021. sounds really long as we were all waiting for the launch to happen later in July this year.

There has a recent rumour that suggested the Land Cruiser 200 replacement would be revealed in July 2020, CarsGuide (citing media in Japan) now reports a “release” will take place only in 2021.

This Australian site points out that Toyota itself has yet to announce its plans, having technically not yet even confirmed the shift to the “300” badge.

Still, reports have suggested the new model will be offered with the choice of two 3.5-litre V6 petrol engines, one of which will be electrified(hybrid version). Of course, this hybrid version is expected to offer a more impressive power. Shockingly Toyota is widely expected to ditch the 243 kW/460 N.m 4,6-litre V8 petrol engine employed by the outgoing model in some of its model markets.

There are no clear speculations about what Toyota’s plans are in terms of diesel power for the upcoming Toyota LandCruiser 300. The current model in Kenya, Africa has a 4,5-litre V8 turbodiesel that produces 195 kW and 650 N.m. of torque. But all in all let’s wait
