The 2024 BMW X5 facelift appears to make a debut very soon this is after BMW released a teaser video on Twitter showing the X5 illuminated grille. Not only that, more rumors had speculated that the BMW X5 facelift will debut on February 7 and this video teaser matches the speculations.

From the video, not much of its body has been shown through the face-lifted X5 appears to come with an illuminated grille. The headlights also appear to be redesigned and the taillights also appear to have inner graphics as per a spy shot that showed these modifications.

Although there are not many details shown of the BMW X5 from the teaser we couldn’t tell whether there are other modifications. We also speculate that the kidney grille and the bumpers may also be redesigned and addition to exterior colors.

In terms of infotainment and connectivity features, an upgrade to the BMW iDrive 8 is likely to be done despite the automaker preparing to launch its next-generation infotainment software and hardware. The interior is also expected to experience some changes too.

Under the hood, the new 2024 BMW X5 powertrain is said to be more electric-powered. This starts from both the inline-six and eight-cylinder engines will be paired with more powerful electric motors. Not only that, but the X5 xDrive 45e plugin hybrid is also expected to be paired with a more powerful motor.

From the reports, the 3.0 liter inline six engines combined with an electric motor will be able to deliver 389 horsepower and 600-newton meters of torque.
