Landcruiser 200 series: order now or wait for the 300 series

Yes, the Toyota Landcruiser 200 series production is coming to an end giving way to the all-new 300 series. Recently, Toyota issued a warning to those who would like to own a 200 series. they have also insisted that for now, customers can still order the off-roader, which is only limited to those who have already placed their orders.

Currently, the Landcruiser 200 series has been in high demand, due to this, customers will have to wait a little bit longer for those who want certain variants of the ageing icon. Additionally, customers have been recommended to contact their local dealers for the most accurate information on stock availability in their location.

Fresh reports suggest that the removal of LC200 sales is going on, wherein japan it is expected to take place by the end of the match. The all-new land cruiser 300 series is expected to be revealed in April, where an official on-sale date will be revealed later in the year.

The new land cruiser  300 series has been built on a new TNGA platform. Under the bonnet, the 300 series will have a 3.3-litre six-cylinder diesel engine which is said to outdo the LC200 v8 engine on power and torque. Additionally, the new Toyota off-roader is reportedly to be bigger than the Landcruiser 200 series. It comes as a five-seat, two rows and eight-seat, three rows configuration inside. On dimensions, it 4970mm long,1985mm wide and 1870 mm in height. It also packs a 2900mm wheelbase. Safety in the new land-cruiser is also well-checked thanks to Toyota’s safety sense package added in the safety kit.

On debut, the new land cruiser 300 series is said to be more expensive compared to the vehicle it is replacing. Customers are said to pay $7000 more to own one of these new Toyota off-roader.
