Nissan has been dropping hints about a potential next-generation Nissan GTR sports car for almost a decade. The automaker has even gone as far as to provide its followers with a 2020 vision Gran Turismo idea that was actually created for a video game series. It is offered in five model variations, two of which are special editions—the new T-spec and Nismo SV.
Regrettably, the 2022 Nissan GT-R supercar is the last model to carry the GTR name. Nissan made the decision to include the new GTR T-spec and Nismo SV edition in order to say goodbye to the icon as it signals the end of the road.
