Even though the BMW X3 and BMW X5 crossovers’ total sales have surpassed those of the three series. Inside the cabin, A new curved display with a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster and a 14.9-inch infotainment screen are available for the 3 series. The number of buttons and controls has been reduced by relying more on touch and voice interactions. The gear knob has been replaced with a little lever, and the air vents and various trim pieces have been modified. The I-drive infotainment system contains a more powerful intelligent personal assistant. It reacts to voice instructions, as well as a cloud-based BMW maps navigation system.
Engine, power, transmission
Under the hood, the engine lineup remains unaltered. The standard 330i features a 2.0-litre turbocharged inline-four with 255 horsepower. The 330e plug-in hybrid has a 288-horsepower electric motor and a 23-mile all-electric range. The m340i boasts a 382 horsepower turbocharged 3.0-litre inline-six engine with 48-volt hybrid technology.
